FAQ
How do I play?
Tap when the ring lines up with the target. Better timing can land Good, Super, or Perfect hits and score more.
What are Classic, Casual, and Hardcore?
Classic is the standard challenge. Casual has easier timing, fewer tricks, and lower run rewards. Hardcore has tighter target windows, less room to drift, and the most demanding pace.
How is my progress saved?
SnapTap saves gameplay progress and settings on your device. Local progress is not cloud-synced, so removing the app, clearing app data, resetting your device, or moving to a new device may make it unrecoverable. Store purchases are handled separately through Restore Purchases.
How do rewarded ads work?
Rewarded ads are optional and depend on availability. If an ad is not ready, the related in-game option may not appear. Any optional benefit is granted only after the ad finishes successfully.
Why do ads appear between runs?
Interstitial ads may appear between runs, never during active play. SnapTap uses them to support in-game rewards. If ads repeatedly cannot load or show between runs, future run rewards may pause until ads can be shown again, privacy options are updated, or Remove Ads is active.
How do I restore purchases?
Use SnapTap's in-app Restore Purchases option while signed in to the same store account used for the original purchase. Restore checks purchases for Remove Ads and paid themes; it does not restore local gameplay progress.
Why did sound or vibration not play?
Check SnapTap's in-app sound and vibration settings first. If sound or vibration are enabled there, check your device volume, silent mode, system vibration settings, and battery saver.
How do I contact support?
If you can access SnapTap, use the in-app support option to create a support email that may include your Support ID, app version, and platform. Add your device model, store, what you were doing, what happened, and whether the issue repeats. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected].
