SnapTap

FAQ

How do I play?

Tap with precision when the timing ring reaches the target. Better timing builds stronger runs and higher rewards.

What are Classic, Casual, and Hardcore?

Classic is the main arcade mode. Casual is more forgiving. Hardcore is stricter and built for players who want higher pressure.

How is my progress saved?

SnapTap stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing app data can remove local progress.

How do rewarded ads work?

Rewarded ads are optional and are not always available. If an ad is not ready, the ad-backed reward option may not appear, and the reward is only granted after the full ad completes. When ads remain unavailable, ad-supported rewards may pause until ad support recovers or Remove Ads is active.

Why do interstitial ads appear?

Interstitial ads may appear between runs. They are not shown during an active run.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in SnapTap and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same store account used for the original purchase.

Why did sound or haptics not play?

Check SnapTap Settings first, then check your device sound, silent mode, haptic settings, battery saver, and platform restrictions.

How do I contact support?

Use the support page and include your app version, device model, store, and Support ID when available.
