SnapTap may include an anonymous Support ID in support email drafts. This helps with privacy or purchase questions without asking for a name or account login.
If a purchase does not appear, open Settings and use Restore Purchases while signed into the same store account used for the original purchase.
For privacy questions, include your Support ID when available and describe the request clearly. SnapTap does not use player accounts for normal gameplay.
